Quilted with Love

Phew in the sweltering heat of summer (finally, the hot weather I mean) here is my first quilt. It is a Jazzy jellyroll designed by Sarah Payne at BeeCrafty where I went for the workshop. I enjoyed the piecing of the patchwork but I certainly wrestled with it whilst quilting it on my machine. So after many hours of stitching here it is.

I hope you all had a fabulous and sun filled weekend, a bit too hot to craft, but just right for plenty of Pimm's.

Have a fabulous week & Happy Crafting xxx

  1. That looks like the work of a professional, not like your first quilt Paula!! Amazing - having quilted before I am sure this will have taken many hours to complete and what an outstanding result. Hugs, Jenny x

  7. Stitching perfect, Paula! This is one gorgeous quilt and I love it! Sorry it is now just hot and humid, but maybe today it will be perfect! Did I ever tell you that I made a queen size quilt and it took me two years from start to finish? Well one of my rescue dogs decided it would make a nice chew toy! Enjoy!
