Dreaming of Summer

Imagining the warm sunny days of summer ......... yeah right!! Freezing and wet, and I can't believe it's been snowing today in some parts of the country! The only thing for it is some comfort crafting in the warm! A little nautical plaque using one of the latest Crafty Individual stamps CI - 384 and one of their masks. I painted some corrugated card with emulsion paint and added some small shells from our holiday last year.

I've just spotted that Tim Holtz is bringing out a fabric range, hope we get it over in the UK as I can think of loads of things to make with it. Of course I don't need any more fabric, but that won't stop me. I've only been sewing for about a 18 months and I already have built up a rather large fabric hoard!

Have a great day & Happy Crafting xx

Just gorgeous Paula. A really beautiful background and the stamped pnel looks so lovely with the textured board and the seaside embellishments.
A chilly 4 degrees here but finally not wet!
Have a lovely day.
Hugs, Fliss xx
PS: I can't wait for the fabric either - looks really yummy!

Dreaming of summer, yes indeed, don't we all, having said that, the sun is actually shining today, long may it last...

Your panel is stunning, love the colouring and subtle crackle together with the beautiful stamp and the shells are a great addition! Oh and I can't wait to see what you would do with the new TH fabrics!

Gorgeous summery colours - and as a combination it's so close to what I've been playing with today (not allowed out yet though!) - I almost did a double-take!

Beautiful texture and crackle, and the paint on the corrugated card looks so glorious.

You and the TH fabrics sounds like a match made in heaven to me...
