Quilted Patchwork Purse


More patchwork from Crafty Corner again, apologises to my non sewing blog buddies, but I can't help it I'm rather obsessed by fabric at this moment. I love the idea of taking a thin, flimsy piece of fabric and turning it into something useable. The small bag pattern I used is from U-handbag. I had some more of the patchwork left over so I'm just in the process of making a jewellery roll.

I managed to get outside to take this whilst the sun was shining, Mind you I nearly got blown over in the process, and the sun is out again today, here's hoping that spring is here to stay.

Sadly my inky mojo has gone. Got the hump with me sewing no doubt, hopefully it will return soon.

    This is lovely. I have this pattern and a couple of clasps somewhere, I brought them last year, but they seem t be hiding somewhere, I have been looking for them on and off since Feb now. Hope I find them soon as I want to make one of this shaped bag as it's lovely. C x
