This had a couple of coats of gesso then I used a variety of lost Coast Designs labels stamps and curious by design Paris stamps. I used water colours for the images then I sealed the bag with ranger glue n seal. I completed the bag stamping and distress the pink paislee mistables trim, added a bow and sparkle to finish.

Beautiful! Love this very much! Very vintage look!
ReplyDeleteOMG, another brilliant piece, fantastic stamping and I love the colour combo. That vintage looks so fits the bag, stunning!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea.
ReplyDeleteOh My Goodness I am struck speechless (once again). I love handbags, love anything Parisian so you can just guess how much I love your clutch.
ReplyDeleteDid you up-cycle an old clutch?
This is perfection.

This is lovely. What kind of material is the bag made of and is it easy to stamp on? I haven't done much on fabric but keen to try it.

Wow ! Your project is absolutely gorgeous ! Can I ask how you stamped onto the fabric without it smudging ? Thanks for joining us at The Stamp Man. Sue C x

Beautiful. Just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThis is beyond gorgeous! I loved Julie's one too, and now the clutch has gone up again but I will get one next time I place an order. Would love to make one for my SIL's birthday. If mine is half as good as yours I will be happy,
